We at iT Dept know from experience that customers are continually unhappy with the service they get from their own iT departments, Vendors and friends who know abit about computers.

IT Depart only employs Technical personnel that have been trained in the four main business hardware platforms, the four main business operating systems, the four main business programming languages, Customer care and life. All consultants are then further trained to the
iT Dept.'s promise and have to keep to their Key Performance Indicators.

Microsoft Windows NT, Novell NetWare, Lotus Notes and Unix

Programming languages
Visual Basic, C/C++ and Visual C++, Assembler and Java

Customer care
All customers are important, call backs to keep the customer informed, note taking to keep the system notes up to date, seeing the problem through to the end.

Life
I added this because iT Dept. would not employ just anybody who has the above skills, but individuals that either go that little bit further for the customer or others and has experienced life both in the office and the home. These individuals can relate to almost any experience and will relate the customers problems to their own, helping the customer better, as they know what the customer is going through.
